Take whatever crisp breads you like. I use Wasa Flax Seed
Spread guacamole on top. I use Avocado's Number Guacamole To Go by Trader Joe's. I like that it comes in little sealed packages, every time you use it, it' fresh!
Add smoked salmon on top of guacamole.
Top with microgreens and super seeds of your choice.
